Spring ReBoot! A 5 Week Yoga Course


Join me for a 5 Week Yoga Course designed to balance the elements within you. This is a complete reboot for your body, mind and soul! 

Each week we will be focusing on a different Tattva (element) and I will be sharing diet tips, meditations and mantras so that you can learn to activate, balance and master each of these elements within you. 

Sign up for the whole course for only $80- that's just $16 a session! The classes are still open to drop ins at the regular $20 per session.
